The Crack: 7 weeks of Kettlebells.
This is a 30 min class designed to tone and increase your fitness. You have a few options with this class.
Option 1 - Drop in for £4 per session.
Option 2 - Sign up to the full 7 week course for £25
Option 3 - You can team it with the Abs Blast class that follows (at 8.15), and either do drop in for £7 or the full course of both for 7 weeks at £40.
